Bingo Night
We are so excited for Bingo Night Friday, May 2nd!
There is a lot to know, so please read carefully! For more information on prizes, please scroll down.
Ticket Sales:
Given this event is capped by available seats in the cafe, it will likely SELL OUT. So, mark your calendars for WEDNESDAY, April 9th at 6PM to buy tickets online. No tickets will be available for purchase at the door.
We will host two sessions:
Session 1 5:00-6:00 (doors open at 4:30),
Session 2 7:00 - 8:00 (doors open at 6:30)
Frequently Asked Questions:
Do I need a ticket for everyone in my party? YES — everyone over the age of 4. A younger sibling under the age of 4 who will not be participating in the game does not need a ticket and may sit in the lap of an adult. However, all other attendees do need a ticket to enter the building.
What’s included with my ticket? Each ticket includes entry for one participant and includes one set of Bingo cards to play for the evening.
Ex: A family of 3 all over the age of 4 and planning to attend will need 3 tickets.
Ex: A family of 4 with one 2 year old will also need 3 tickets (the two year old may enter for free)
Do I need to purchase additional Bingo cards? Only if you want to! Your ticket guarantees one set of Bingo cards for each ticket holder to play with for the night. However, if you’d like to increase your chances of winning, you may purchase additional Bingo cards for anyone in your party.
Will you have concessions available? YES — you have two options:
You may pre-order whole pizzas and Chick-fil-a sandwiches for dinner to be picked up when you arrive (Pizza will come from Papa Johns)
We will have smaller snacks and drinks available for purchase during the event
Do you have dabbers available for purchase? YES — you can purchase dabbers for your party to use to mark off their spaces!
Will winners get prizes? YES! And we need your help to make it happen! We need NHES families who are willing to donate prizes. There are two ways to participate:
If you’d like to make a monetary donation and have PTO purchase, please do so below.
If you’d like to donate specific items, please take a look at the Amazon Wishlists below. These are meant to be a guide, so if you’d prefer to shop elsewhere that’s ok too!
Where can I drop off prize donations? Prize donations purchased through our Amazon Wishlists will be shipped to PTO members directly. Any additional items purchased elsewhere may be dropped off at school on Monday, April 14th or Tuesday, April 15th.

Students with special needs thrive when they have access to sensory items that help them regulate their emotions, focus their attention, and engage in learning. Sensory tools, like fidget toys, textured fabrics, and sensory paths provide critical support for self-regulation and sensory processing. These items create an environment where students can feel calm, centered, and ready to learn, allowing them to participate more fully in class activities and reach their full potential. Every student deserves the opportunity to succeed, and sensory items are key in making that possible.
