What Do I Need to Do?
First: Purchase Your Tickets (required)
EVERYONE* who attends Bingo Night MUST have a ticket, purchased in advance, to enter the building.
Tickets may be purchased at ww.newhopepto.org/store beginning on Wednesday, April 10th at 6:00pm.
We DO ANTICIPATE this event will sell out. Tickets will NOT be available at the door. Please ensure everyone in your party has a ticket purchased online.
If not already sold-out, ticket sales will close on Wednesday, April 24th at 6:00pm.
*Children under the age of 4 who do not intend to play (e.g. sit on an adult’s lap, in an infant carrier, etc) will be allowed to enter without a ticket.
Second: Purchase Your Dinner (Optional)
Optional pizza and drinks will be available for pre-order in our store on Wednesday, April 10th.
Concessions will NOT be available for purchase at the event, so if you want dinner please purchase in advance.
Pizza & drink orders will close at NOON on Wednesday, May 1st.
Next: Purchase Your Extras (Optional)
Every ticket will come with one set of Bingo cards to play for your session. However, if you’d like to increase your chances of winning, extra sets of Bingo Cards may be purchased for $5 in our store beginning April 10th.
Optional daubers may be purchased for $2 in our store if you’d like to make your evening more colorful and fun! Orders open April 10th.

Winners of each round of Bingo will receive a prize to take home and we need your help gathering prizes!

Items can be dropped off in person at New Hope on Monday, April 15th, or Tuesday, April 16th.
You may also visit the corresponding Amazon wish list (found in the description of the signup genius) and have the item delivered directly to the PTO.

When is Bingo Night?
Bingo Night will be held on Friday, May 3rd in the New Hope Cafe. We will host two sessions:
Session one doors will open at 4:30 pm and play will run from 5:00-6:00 pm.
Session two doors will open at 6:30pm and play will run from 7:00-8:00pm.
When will tickets go on sale?
Mark your calendars for Wednesday, April 10th at 6:00pm. Tickets will go on sale and we anticipate they will go FAST. If not already sold out, ticket sales will close on April 24th at 6:00pm.
Will tickets be available for purchase at the door?
NO. We do anticipate this event WILL SELL OUT and we will NOT have tickets available at the door. Please make sure you purchase your tickets online in advance at www.newhopepto.org/store. All tickets are non-transferable.
Do I need a ticket to attend?
YES. Anyone attending Bingo Night must have a ticket – you will not be allowed in the building without one. Children under the age of 4 who will not be playing (e.g. sitting in a parent’s lap, infant carrier, etc) are the only exception and may enter without a ticket.
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can buy?
No, but please be respectful. We love our Nighthawk families and wish everyone could attend, but this might be a night to leave some of the extended family at home to make room for others due to our limited space.
Can I attend both sessions?
We would like to ensure as many of our Nighthawks can attend as possible. Due to this, we ask that families only attend ONE session. If tickets are purchased for more than one session, your money will be automatically refunded.
What do I need to purchase in advance?
1. Your tickets. Tickets will NOT be available at the door and everyone who attends must have a ticket to enter (see above). If members of your party arrive without a ticket they will be asked to wait outside.
2. Your dinner. If you would like pizza and/or drinks during your playing time, make sure to purchase these in advance – concessions will NOT be available for purchase at the event.
What is optional to purchase in advance?
Extra bingo cards. Each ticket purchased will come with one set of bingo cards to play for the entire evening. However, if you’d like to increase your chances of winning, you may purchase additional sets for $5 a piece.
Daubers: If you’d like to make the night more fun, you can purchase colored daubers to use to mark your spaces. Otherwise please plan to bring a pen or marker for each player.
Will there be prizes for the winners?
Yes (and we need your help!). We are currently collecting prize donations from our Nighthawk families. Please consider donating. See #4 above.
